Well thats something that we "Spartan Assault" can discuss, but this meeting is for the entire MAG group, so unless you are thinking you want every team involved in the planning.

Maybe it's time to have a team meeting again. I am in the process of planning the Spring Open event for March/April right now, then we could look at something later in the summer. Check out the post in the bunker about the Spring Open planning.

Here's an update on what happened at last nights meeting. We began discussions on Grenades, Launchers and the such but were derailed when Duck began questioning how MAG was organized, once again. He was upset that his orginal hierarchy where there were a select few "Board Members" had gone by the wayside in exchange for our current situation where anyone can attend and speak their minds.  As in the past this frustrated not only myself, but everyone attending the meeting and in the end we were not able to accomplish much.

Duck has publicly posted that he is done with MAG, I am not sure if this is him or his entire team. I responded to him on his forums, but he deleted my post today. Appearently he does not want to hear the truth, and I am sick of avoiding it simply to try and keep things peaceful. Despite what Jim "Duck" thinks, MAG does work well when we don't have to deal with whiny, alpha male bullshit.

At this point we all agreed that homemade weaponry is ok, as long as it is brought out at the start of the game to be inspected by the other attending teams. This could include demonstrating the weapon to insure it is safe for field use. Also we agreed that no flammable substance should be used to propel any item and no flame should be used. All pressures used should be within manufacturers specifications, i.e. PVC is rated for a certain PSI and we should not exceed it.

I jast want tp add real quick that Green gas is very flammable.  And ask if it is ok to use?

Also he does not speek for the entire team.  But as your team would (and I'm only speculating), stick together on a ranking members decision.

I would like to know from you what happened. So if you get a chance please PM me Smoke?  and i will make my on decision about it.

P.S.  If you would like a timely responce I would PM me on my forum.  I just don't think to check here much in the winter.  Sorry!

(see what happens when i dont go to meetings)

I am very sad to hear Duck no longer wants to be a part of MAG.  It makes me even sadder that Duck would delete post that disagree with him(espeically since this is not the first time he has done so) instead of engauging in debate that probibly clarify his misunderstanding.  I count Duck as a very good friend of mine and I hope he realises his mistake and comes back to MAG shortly.

Tiny, sent a PM to you on your forums.

As for Green Gas it would be fine as long as its used as designed and not ignited.

ok so i just want to let everyone know that my decision on this Mag Bord thing is the same as it was before.  congrats Smoke! ill see you at the next meeting.   I am not leaving mag and will talk to duck about this.

I do have my own minor issues with some of the operations of the meeting.  and will bring them up as they arise.

Now i also want to add that i have been at some of the meetings and what someone says in text chat does not always come across to others how it was meant.  so whatever was was said to duck obviously upset him enough to make him do the things he did.  I'm not necessarily condoning.

Hey Tiny, I am on the road all day again today. My cell phone is now 100% company paid so I don't use it for personal calls. I don't know what the rest of the week looks like yet, but so far this is my busiest week yet.
