Next MAG Meeting

one question duck.  what are these issues you would like to bring up?  you keep mentioning you have problems with something but neglect to put forth what the so called "problems" really are.  i havent seen any issues arise from this team in a while besides the issue with firestorms accedental face shot (which was resolved at the mag meeting).
so let me ask again, what are these issues you need to bring up?

I have been trying to iron things out over on their website, but at latest the thread was locked and the discussion was ended. So I have said it here, I have said it there and I will say it again.

The Maine Airsoft Group's sole purpose it to support the teams in Maine by providing a common set of rules and regulations. This is so that any player can go to any other field and know how the game is played, which cuts down on confusion or tutorials at each game.

The Maine Airsoft Group was not created to solve disputes between teams unless it is an issue that directly affects all teams and players or is a safety issues that needs to be investigated and acted upon.

The Maine Airsoft Group was not created to collect dues, or fundraise. This was tried by another group and failed miserably. We do not have any large costs and therefore do not need to deal with intake of monies and all the headaches that brings.

The reason I know this is because I am one of the very few founding members that started these meetings back in October of 2007 when Scorch, Shadow, Redawg and myself met to put this together. Since that time a lot has changed and it's great to see so many people involved with MAG. We just need to remember what MAG is for and focus on that.

Well as of this morning Duck has still not responded to anyones questions, or posted a time for this meeting. He posted a link that doesn't work, but he only posted it on his website, not ours or Firestorms. I have no idea what he is trying to accomplish with this but not having the correct details for a meeting posted at 1:30PM (on a game day) on the day of the meeting is not being fair to anyone who wants to attend!

And Duck had locked the discussion about the meeting on his website which makes it harder to figure out whats going on. My guess from past meetings is that the meeting will be around 7-7:30.

The next MAG meeting is tentativly scheduled for Feb 1. If anyone has anything to add to the agenda let me know. As soon as I lock in the date I will post this information to all forums.

That is the Jan meeting, just happens that the Sunday thats available at the end of the month is actually the first day of Feb.
