There will be a small MAG meeting this Sunday at 7PM. The location will be at my house (a.k.a. ManCave). For those unable to attend there will be a live web conference system setup, information to follow.

Agenda:
Web Conference Testing
Summer Review

This is not an important meeting, more of a short test and to see who is still out there.

Meeting Notice: Sunday, August 24th @ 19:00
The next Maine Airsoft Group meeting is being held on this Sunday. This meeting will happen locally in Monmouth, ME but will also be simulcasted live via a web conference open to anyone.

Agenda:
-Open Testing/Training on the Web Conference Software
-Summer Review: What's been going on.
-Team Notes (Team leaders can announce anything regarding their teams)
-Open Floor (Anyone can discuss any topics)

Web Conference Information
The web conference is located here: M.A.G. Web Conference
There is no software to download as long as your computer is up to date with Flash(R), etc. If you go to the link prior to the meeting it will give you a message about the meeting being locked, if you can see all of that without any errors then you should be all set.

If you cannot login that night, contact me via AIM (jkmiles81) or send a PM via this site and we will work to get you in.

Anyone who can join this meeting via the internet is encouraged to do so. Even if you can make it physically to the meeting it will be more helpful if we can get the majority of the people online to load test the software.

The meeting should be online at 7PM, if it is not available then please wait as we will be working to get it setup.

Hey Smoke any chance we can start using bandages again we play. Being a medic I enjoyed using the bandages. They added to the realism of the game. Ya know, just a thought.

I am all for using them if someone can make sure we always have enough and that they are getting brought back and recounted after games.

just my opinion, but they seemed kinda annoying to hold onto, and we lost a lot at our field, which only caused littering.  But on the other hand it does make it seem more real, and does help me remember how many times i've been healed (ie. 3).

Well I got a bunch at home that I can bring for anyone to use. I would like to see them put to use again in the future.

Well I do not agree that there are any problems between the teams right now. We have been having meetings, quite sucessfully and addressing issues at hand.

Well i have seen some probablems here and there and feel that MAG should step in to solve them. I only hope that the rest of the board will support me in this choice.

That depends on the issues for me anyway. A lot of people have been taking personal feeling and making them team/MAG issues, which should not be the case. MAG's purpose is to help keep airsoft safe and running smoothly, not to fix quarrels among people. Quite honestly if people can't mention there problems before a meeting so that everyone can come in ready to discuss it, they shouldn't be discussed at all.

issues between team should be handled by the affected team's leadership.
and such issues shouldn't be brought into MAG's scope.

thats what i think.
