Thunder B Cores?

I'm gonna try and get some Thunder B's for my birthday, but the set is around $45 for 12 Shells and the the core. I want to make it cheaper by just getting the core and a few spares with some CO2 Canisters. Is there any for sale on any site or can I buy some from somebody?

First get the starter kit
