Mp5 problem
« on: August 21, 2010, 07:03:14 PM »
It seems like i never get a break from trying to fix up my guns, this time my mp5 stopped firing on me. I checked the fuse, nothing wrong there, tried two different batteries, both charged, nothing works still. I almost think it could be something with the gearbox. Any ideas?

Not a motor problem. So now i am attempting to get to the gearbox but since the selector switch is broken i cant get it out.  And with the selector switch in there i cant seperate the recievers. During trying to pop it out i have pretty much cut that dang selector nub thing in half, so im buying a new selector switch. If i can just get that thing out lol...

There are lots of electrical contacts that could just be connected improperly.

Connections to/from the:
battery (check both connectors)
fuse
selector plate
switch
motor

Check em out
