Are you talking about the loops you attach pouches to? And I assume that you want to know how wide they are, and how far each row is spaced out vertically.

Assuming that your trying to figure out to see if you can fit some pouches on a plate carrier, try this website:
http://www.vestbuilder.com/#

you can choose your style vest, vest color, and what pouches you want on. Its like PMG except vests

Oh and btw, be sure to fav it or save it or whatever, that website tends to have a broken link on the web so if you do get there, fav it so you can go back to it without trouble

Okay, here you go:

The loops are sewn at 4cm intervals (meaning that it's 4cm between the stitching, lol)

And the rows are 2 and half cm apart. Any questions just ask.  :)

You mean how wide are they going up and down? The answer is 1in (it's actually just a very very very small bit less than that, so it's an inch)

Sounds like someone's building their own MOLLE platform...and I am now intrigued.

After selling pics of Joker on his boat in his driveway on EbaY, the vehicle is fixed for now, so I will be out to play

I did that once, I made a vest and it was a LOT of work and turned out ok.   It is hard to find the right fabrics and padding for the inside I used it for about 4 months before I went back to my old vest.   If you are going to build a vest take this advise: get the right materials, plan it out really well, and keep it simple.
