Zombie invasion plan?

I would probably find whatever friends of mine are still alive, organize them into groups of no more than 4 or 5, then raid the nearest grocery store.  Firearms aren't an immediate concern to me because there's plenty of shit laying around the beat the hell out of the zombies with.  :}  After that, things would be pretty go-with-the-flow I'd imagine.  My general rule though would be to never stay in one place for more than 1-2 days; always be on the move.  And avoid large cities, highways, and other densely populated areas at almost all costs.

I would head to Swan island in the river, plenty of deer and rabbits, and no people/zombies to worry about. Of course grab the wife and kid and arms/supplies, and then in 26 weeks......

You guys have it all wrong just barricade yourself in a mobile home or camper which ever is easier and then wait....... Guns could hurt a poor Zombie or worsrt ...-POKE AN EYE OUT-.... See I have been thinking About this for like three seconds and this is also a great example of why you should always pre plan and wear your seat belts....and brush your teeth.

This is Maine, so you don't need to go in to a town to raid a gun store or L.L. Beans or any of that stuff. Any wooded house has about a 90% chance of having a gun and ammo, and most likely caned food of some type. Then you go to a place like the boat school in Eastport where the only way to the place by land is a single bridge and you can easily get off because its Eastport so boats are all over the place. But if all else fails join the Navy get on a nuclear sub where they can stay under water for a 100 years before they need to resurface and pray to god that the giant squids aren't zombies.
