Combat Machine, M16 Carbine upgrades?
« on: May 13, 2010, 08:54:49 PM »
I have been running with an A&K G300 (GR300) as some of you may have seen, well, to tell you the truth its my friends and I'm selling my AGM L96 for around $65 with 2 Mags. So, Its time to get my own AEG (Which I have wanted.) and I'm thinking this.

If any what upgrades and such should I buy with this? (Also what battery?)

Thanks everyone in advance. (=

For a battery, this is what I use in mine and they work great, I bought two because they are so cheap(http://www.all-battery.com/96v2000mahnunchucknimhbatterypacksforairsoftgun.aspx)
A tight bore barrel is never a bad thing, maybe a bucking and new hop up unit if the one you get is junk.
If you ever upgrade the spring, say to a m120, you have to replace the motor for one with more torque, and maybe get a few reinforced parts like a poly carb piston and piston head.
Now since someone else installed the parts in my gun before I bought it, I don't know what it has stock for a spring guide, Diesel this is where you come in....

I would buy it off that website, they are a great website and their battery's are top notch. On both Evike and Airsoft GI the battery's are over priced and not always that great.  Most of the time you can get two or three of a battery for the price of one on their sites.  The cheapest one I saw on ASGI was $26 and it is probably junk, and the next up is $35, I'd go with All-battery.

Upgrade for a combat machine...I would just get an SP110 spring, a high torque motor and G&P metal hop-up unit.

I had a G&G Combat machine with pretty much that exact setup and the thing shot as straight as an arrow and was killer accurate.

- G&G GR-16 R5 (TM EG1000, Guarder Gears, SHS 8mm Bearings, Guarder Cylinder Head, Guarder Air Nozzle, Guarder Tappet Plate, JBU cylinder, JBU spring guide, PDI 170%, Modify Piston Head, X-ring, AWS Raptor FET)
- G&G Femme Fatale

Either that or a King Arms hop-up unit. My brother has one in his G4 and it works great. Either one is good, overall I'm wicked impressed with the Combat Machines I've seen and shot.

After selling pics of Joker on his boat in his driveway on EbaY, the vehicle is fixed for now, so I will be out to play
