so i just got my new uber sexy mp5. i have shot about 100 rounds through the gun. everything seems to be in order, no loose screws and stuff like other manufacturers [cough]jg[/cough] the body is all plastic which doesnt bother me since G&G uses that awesome nylon reenforced plastic.
the thing that struck me as funny was the mold of the plastic was made to look so real that they put welding beads in the plastic mold to make it look like metal.
anyways the gun supposedly shoots around 300 fps, i think its a little bit more than that, about 350 or so. i know that fps isnt the only thing, the rof with a 9.6v battery is very nice. and as far as i can see it is fairly accurate for this short of a barrel.
overall i like this gun from first impressions and cant wait to get it out on the field. from the looks of it now i would recommend this gun to anyone. good deal on evike right now for 150.01 for the gun 3 mags, 8.4v battery, shooting glasses, 3000 rounds of G&G bbs (for those who dont know they are good to shoot), and all that other stuff (unjamming rod and so on).
