Alright guys here the DL on the scenario that I wanna run this Sunday so we can see if it's good enough to stay or if we need to work on it.
Sniper team Zulu-6 was sent by command on an undercover mission behind enemy lines to recover valuable intel regarding the mass production of nuclear missiles. Where the enemy plans on firing these missiles is unknown but Zulu-6 job is to find their location so we can go in and mop up.
A few hours ago we lost communication with Zulu-6 and we had no idea what had gone wrong. After our technicians were able to patch us through we had regained comms with Zulu-6. Apparently when comms were down Zulu-6 had hard contact with an enemy patrol. 6's spotter was confirmed KIA but 6's sniper is still stuck behind enemy lines. His weapons are futile against the mass of enemy soldiers that currently hold him under fire. Also, it seems that he has lost feeling in his right leg due to shrapnel froma frag grenade.
We need you to move in and rescue Zulu-6 with whatever means neccessary. Bring him back in one piece. We'll send you in via heli and extract the same. It's vital that you get Zulu-6 to the extraction so someone is probably gonna have to carry him. Do whatever it takes and bring our boy home.
Scenario rules:
U.S. rescue team -
Medics: can be determined before game start depending on how many players there are. U.S gets two medic touches before they must go respawn. Other than that U.S has infinate lives.
Sniper: (will be me this Sunday) must stay in designated hot zone until picked up by rescue team. Cannot walk and must be carried. Sniper cannot shoot while on the back of another soldier, however, he can fire if he is put down. Sniper can also crawl in order to avoid fire.
Hostile team -
Team rules: enemy team will be set up in an area prior to game start somewhere near the sniper. In order to avoid a false start or a minute long game, the hostile team cannot shoot the sniper until he has come into contact with the resuce team, however they certainly
can law down supressive fire in order to keep the sniper down and the rescue team at bay.
Medics: medics for the hostile team can heal soldiers up to three times before they must respawn. This gives the hostile more of an advantage seeing as they cannot really do anything until the rescue team shows up.
Extaction:
Extraction can be set up at any base pre determined by the players as well as the snipers and hostile teams starting positions. Inorder to extract the sniper you must hold the base for a total of 5 minutes (again can be changed) so the helicopter can arrive.
All medic rules for this scenario can be switched any way depending on how many players there are to make it fun and fair for everyone. It is also open for suggestions so feel free. I really hope this goes well seeing as it has been sitting in the back of my head for months now.
