You are going to need a new motor. The stock G&G motor won't even budge with that M120 spring. It comes with 8mm brass bushing's so you shouldn't really need to replace them yet. The gear's in it are also pretty damn good stock...get a G&P M120 motor and a king arm's hop-up unit as the G&G ones that come stock in them are complete junk.

Most Echo 1's shoot around 400 FPS stock so they come with motor's that can handle it, however the G&G combat machine shoot's 330 with .2's stock and I dropped an M110 in my gun and it wouldn't even pull that over...so I dropped in a high torque motor. But that will be a good setup, those G&P M120 motor's rip.

are the bushings on the stock G&G combat machine m4 7mm?

hey yeah that d boys m4 i just tore down had plastic bushings... and an extra shim for some weird reason.
