Meeting?

I saw that only Fishman and Blackjack attended last nights MAG meeting so I just wanted to remind everyone that MAG meetings/rules/etc are being posted at MaineAirsoft.com now. Those who wish to be involved with the MAG aspect should make sure they check out those forums as well. There are monthly meetings at this time and I will try and remember to post dates/times here as well.

yeah...  rough meeting.  i was trying to get through to them that (on the huge safety goggles rule) that 10 people could not decide for 100+.  it just impacts the game too much.  red death rags, on the other hand, are cheap and i could personaly fund quite a bit myself.

I was kinda disappointed that it took us an hour of discussion before we voted that our votes didn't count, lol.

We need Quorum rules to state the minimum number of members and teams that need to be present to vote on things. That way we will know at the beginning of the meeting if it is worth discussing an item.

Thats why i think(as i have brought up several times) we discuss the idea one meeting, post about it on the forums, then vote on it the following meeting.  That way whoever misses the first meeting can still be informed and make sure to make it to the next meeting and vote.  That would also prolong discussions for more the 10 minutes before we vote on something.

Thats why most topics now are discussed at MaineAirsoft.com, put to a preliminary vote and then that vote is voted on during the meeting.
